Refund Policy

A non-refundable 10% deposit secures booking. Remaining balance to be paid before 2 days of arrival. If paying in full on booking and you need to cancel later, a full refund will be given if canceled at least 2 days before arrival.

What to include in the Refund Policy

Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much, much more.
